Conditions & Information

Pet Policy: To maintain a clean and allergen-free environment, no pets or animals of any kind are permitted on the premises.
Residential Respect: Guests are reminded that the campground is situated within the Pataua Village residential area. Please remain mindful of local traffic and the safety of children at all times.
Noise Policy: A standard of respectful noise levels must be maintained throughout the day. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Refuse: General waste bags must not be left on the kerbside.
Recycling: Use of the communal recycling bins is permitted. Bins must be placed at the kerbside either Sunday evening or Monday morning before 7:30 am.
Compliance: Please adhere to Whangārei District Council (WDC) recycling guidelines. Do not overfill bins.
Sanitation: Pumping of waste from motorhomes or caravans on-site is strictly prohibited.

Amenities: Guests have access to a shared kitchen, refrigeration (fridge/freezer), four toilets, and four showers (hot/cold).
Generators: Campers/Guests are welcome to bring their own generator. The use of generators is permitted only between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, for a maximum duration of 2 hours per session. To minimise disturbance, please do not position generators directly on the boundary of residential neighbours.

Payment: Full payment is required prior to the commencement of your stay.
Bank Details: Payments should be made via direct credit to ASB 12-3099-0363349-00.
Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure and confirm your booking.

Eligibility: Cancellations must be formally notified at least one week (7 days) prior to your scheduled arrival.
Non-Refundable Amounts: The $100 deposit (or the full cost of the stay, whichever is the lesser) is non-refundable.
Early Departures: No partial refunds or credits will be issued should a guest choose to vacate the site earlier than their original departure date.
